Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the sale of products by Bean Identity (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website and applies to all customers placing orders with us. 
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. 


1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS (PRINT-ON-DEMAND) 
All Bean Identity products are made-to-order and printed only after an order is placed. As these 
products are produced specifically for each customer, returns and exchanges are limited.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS 
We accept returns or provide replacements only under the following circumstances: 
• Product received is damaged 
• Product has a manufacturing or printing defect 
• Incorrect product (wrong design, color, or size) was delivered 
Requests must be raised within 5 (Five) days from the date of delivery. 
3. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES 
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations: 
• Change of mind or personal preference 
• Color or print variation due to screen/display differences 
• Minor variations in print placement within industry-accepted tolerance 
• Requests raised after the 5-day reporting window 
Refunds will not be provided for size-related concerns where the correct size ordered by the 
customer was produced and delivered.

4. SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY 
Customers are strongly advised to review the size chart provided on the product page before placing 
an order. 
However, Bean Identity understands that sizing concerns may occasionally occur. Therefore, we may 
allow a one-time size exchange under the following conditions: 
• Exchange request must be raised within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery  
• Product must be:  
o unused  
o unwashed  
o undamaged  
o in original condition  
• Exchange is subject to size availability  
• Customer may be required to bear applicable reverse shipping and reshipping charges  
Bean Identity reserves the right to reject size exchange requests if the returned product does not 
meet the above conditions. 
Size exchange requests are limited to one exchange per order item. 


5. ORDER CANCELLATION 
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started. 
Once an order enters the production stage, cancellation will not be possible due to the made-to
order nature of our products. 


6. RETURN & REPLACEMENT REQUEST PROCESS 
To initiate a return or replacement request, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Subject Line: Return / Replacement Request – Order #[Order ID] 
The request must include: 
• Order ID 
• Clear images or video showing the issue 
• A brief description of the problem 


7. VERIFICATION & RESOLUTION 
All requests are subject to verification by our support team. 
• Approved claims will be eligible for a free replacement at no additional cost.  
• Approved size exchange requests will be processed subject to product availability.  
• For defective or damaged products, physical return of the item may not be required. 
However, for approved size exchanges, customers may be required to return the original 
product before a replacement is processed. 
• If replacement is not feasible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.  
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase and may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on the payment provider. 


8. SHIPPING CHARGES 
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received is defective, 
damaged, or incorrect. 

9. POLICY ABUSE 
Bean Identity reserves the right to decline returns or replacements if fraudulent activity, abuse of this 
policy, or repeated claims are detected. 


10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY 
Bean Identity reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be published 
on this page.
